What to expect.
For many people this may be the first time working with a contractor and the process might seem daunting. We strive for clear communication to give greater understanding of the steps along the way.

When you call
We take your calls seriously. Our aim is to answer calls during working hours as we can, but as we are a small company we are usually dedicating time to a project and will return your call to address your needs ASAP.
|
When you email
We receive email in the field and will reply by phone or return email as promptly as possible. Please provide contact info so we may call you if the issue is more easily addressed by phone.
|
Permitting
Most electrical work requires a permit. We can take care of all permitting and schedule the inspections barring any special tenant requirements.
|
Scheduling
Usually the first step is a written estimate. We will arrange to meet you at the property and do a thorough walk-through to take account of the items you'd like to address. We will then email you an estimate for review. If approved we schedule a date to begin the work and arrange a timetable with you in consideration of the other trades (if necessary.)

Help us help you
On the day of the scheduled service, please help us by clearing out the area to be worked on as much as possible. This not only protects your possessions and our crew, but it allows us to work much faster and more safely.
